The internet is a funny thing isn’t it? On the one hand it’s made TTRPG’s incredibly accessible, love that. On the other hand it’s allowed greedy corporations (rhymes with “shazpro”) and self promotion artists the ability to over monetize the space, fuck … that … shit.
The churn of mediocre content, and clickbait videos with thumbnails of people pointing at things has to end somewhere, and this website straight out of 2005 is where that shit is going end. At least for our little gaggle of nerdery.
Magic & Mayhem is a community dedicated to playing TTRPGs and sharing TTRPG content (legitimately) with one another. We’re not saying everything should be free, but some things should. We’ll post free maps and other supplements we find (or make), we’ll give you links to good resources and then ridicule you for not knowing about them in the first place, and we’ll give you honest and jaded opinions about the TTRPG space in offensive ways. Sounds great right?
We’re not looking for a following, but we are looking for a few good, honest, dice goblins that can’t get enough of RPGs. The kinds of nerds that love to talk about them, play them, and scare people with how much they know about them while they slip on a pair of mirror shades to play an online game of Cyberpunk RED with their friends. The kind of person that carries a d20 to in their pocket to make real life decisions with. I want that person in my fucking discord server with me.
